Hours of Business

Monday to Saturday morning 8am to 11am.  Afternoon 3pm to 5.30pm

Sunday and public holiday mornings closed. Afternoon 3pm to 5.30pm

Dog boarding services includes accomodation and room service, meals, exercise / play and general care and attention.  Exercise and play are included in the price except if additional personal attention is required due to individual needs.

Cat boarding services include accommodation and room service, meals and general care and attention.

Boarding Rates

Small Dog $24  - Small Medium  $25 - Large Medium  $26  - Large Dog  $27 - Extra Large   $28   

Two or more pets from the same family boarding together discount $1 per day per pet

Cats $21

Day Stay Rates

$18 per day

Peak Periods

Christmas and Easter Holidays are very busy and we do charge a peak rate.

Over these holiday periods there is an additional charge of $4 per pet per day.

Extra Services

Additional services are available as required and on request include the following

Medication $2 per time

Treatments $2 per time

Special diet $2 per time

Personal supervision / activity $8 per time

Walk on a lead $8 per time

Blanket hire $10

Charging Policy

The first day of boarding is charged the daily rate whether you come in the morning or the afternoon.

On the day of check out you are not charged if check out is the morning.

If you check out in the afternoon you are charged for that day.

We charge for Sunday and public holidays and we are closed in the morning. We are open from 3 to 530.

If you decided not to pick up on a Sunday or Public holiday afternoon and you come the next morning there is no additional charge.

You are welcome to ask in advance how much the stay will cost and clarify any questions you may have.

There is a 10% discount for stays over one month.
